This website and sales are directed at consumers in the United Kingdom (Great Britain). We sell food supplements (dietary supplements) only; our products are not medicines. 1. Your right to cancel (UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us clearly (e.g. by email or post) before the period expires. You may use the model cancellation form we provide if you wish.
2. Effects of cancellation
If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard option). We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used, unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
3. Returning the goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after you inform us of cancellation. You are liable for the cost of returning the goods. Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. We will not accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty or not as described.
4. Faulty or not as described
If the product is faulty or does not match the description, you have legal rights (including the right to a repair, replacement or refund). Please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. We will not charge you for return postage in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods.
